Rewily loads your locations, business information and reviews and keeps them up to date.

Your staff read reviews, pick a template or write a reply, and publish it when they are happy with it.
Revoke any time
Remove Rewily from your profile's users in one click. Our access ends immediately, and you can ask us to delete your data.
How we use Google Business Profile data
When our Google integration launches, it will follow these rules. The full details are in our Privacy Policy.
- Official API onlyWe access Google Business Profile exclusively through Google's official APIs — no scraping and no browser automation.
- Only profiles you manage with usWe act only on profiles where the owner has added Rewily's account as a Manager, and only for that business.
- People approve repliesReview replies are published only after a person at the business writes or approves them.
- Limited useGoogle data is used only to provide Rewily's features to that business. We never sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with data brokers.
- Short retentionWe keep content received from Google Business Profile APIs no longer than 30 days, as Google's policies require, and delete it on request.
Security and privacy by default
No customer passwords
Access to your profiles comes from roles you grant. We never ask for or store the passwords of your Google or Yandex accounts.
Protected accounts
Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, sessions expire, and repeated failed sign-ins are temporarily blocked.
Encrypted in transit
All traffic between your browser and Rewily is encrypted with HTTPS.

Who is Rewily for?
Local businesses with one or more locations — cafés, clinics, salons, shops, service companies — and marketing agencies that manage reviews and listings for their clients.
Do you need my Google or Yandex password?
No. The owner adds Rewily as a Manager (Google) or representative (Yandex) inside the platform. You can remove that access at any time.
Will Rewily reply to reviews on its own?
No. Replies are published only after a person at your business writes or approves them and presses “Publish”.
Can I change my opening hours or phone number from Rewily?
Yes, for supported platforms. The change is submitted to the platform, which may review it before it appears on the map. Rewily shows the status of each change.
How do I get access?
Rewily is in private beta. Write to hello@rewily.com with your business name and the number of locations.
How do I delete my data?
Remove Rewily's access from your profiles and email privacy@rewily.com. We delete your data within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
