Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Rewily service and website (the “Service”) provided by [ЗАПОЛНИТЬ: LEGAL_NAME_EN], [ЗАПОЛНИТЬ: LEGAL_ADDRESS_EN], Republic of Belarus (“Rewily”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you may accept these Terms for that business.

1. The Service

Rewily helps businesses read and answer customer reviews and keep their business information up to date on third-party platforms such as Yandex Business and Google Business Profile (“Platforms”). Rewily is currently offered as a private beta: features may change, and access is granted by invitation.

2. Accounts

Accounts are created by us or at our invitation. Keep your password confidential and tell us immediately at hello@rewily.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Access to your profiles

To connect a business, its owner grants Rewily's account a role inside each Platform (for example, Manager in Google Business Profile or representative in Yandex Business). You confirm that you are the owner of the business profile or are authorized by the owner to grant this access. You can remove Rewily's access at any time in the Platform; our access ends when you do.

4. Your content and replies

You are responsible for the replies, edits and other content you create or approve in Rewily. Rewily publishes replies and submits edits only when a person at the business presses “Publish” or saves a change. You grant us the limited right to process and transmit this content to the Platforms solely to provide the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to:

6. Third-party platforms

The Platforms are operated by third parties, and your use of them is governed by their own terms. Rewily is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or Yandex. Platforms may moderate, delay or reject edits and replies, and may change or limit their services at any time; we are not responsible for their decisions or availability.

7. Fees

During the private beta the Service is provided free of charge unless we agree otherwise in writing. We will tell you in advance before introducing any fees, and you may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, including data received from Google APIs.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but it is provided “as is” during the beta, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the Service, we will give reasonable notice where possible.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rewily is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or for the actions of the Platforms. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (or 100 US dollars if the Service was free). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may end or suspend your access if you breach these Terms. Sections 4, 6, 10 and 12 survive termination.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Belarus. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Republic of Belarus, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and notify account holders by email of material changes before they take effect.
